Please read our refund policy carefully to understand your rights and obligations.
It is imperative that you DO NOT Sign Up for any Arena Views property, if you are in any doubt about affording the required Fees, Rental Payments or Purchase Costs, because we DO NOT offer refunds after 14 days of your first payment.
PROPERTY CLUB
Membership Fee
You will be entitled to a full refund, less merchant processing fees if you paid via our online payment system, if you cancel within 14 days from the date you made your full payment or the first payment if you opted for the installment plan.
It could take upto 10 working days to receive your refund from the date of your refund request.
All refund requests MUST be made in writing via email to contact@arenaviews.com or you can send a letter to: Arena Views Ltd, Agora Shopping Centre, 140A Queensway, Milton Keynes, MK2 2AA and your refund will be actioned from the date we receive this written notification.
Verbal requests for a refund via telephone, in-person, WhatsApp or similar apps WILL NOT be accepted until we receive the formal request in either written format stated above.
PROPERTY PURCHASE
Villa, Apartment or Penthouse Purchase
You will be entitled to a full refund, less merchant processing fees if you paid deposit via our online payment system, if you cancel within 14 days from the date you made your full payment or the first payment if you opted for the installment plan.
It could take upto 10 working days to receive your refund from the date of your refund request.

RENTAL APARTMENTS
Monthly Payments Refund
You will be entitled to a full refund less merchant processing fees if you cancel within 14 days from the date you made your first payment.

Late Monthly Payments
You may be removed from the project if your monthly payments are consistently late without a justifiable reason. Under no circumstances will you be entitled to a refund of any monies paid to Arena Views up to the date of your removal.
If you think you may have difficulty making payment on your scheduled date, PLEASE contact us to discuss a revision.
Missed Monthly Payments
If you miss any monthly payments without good reason or if you are in financial difficulty and cannot meet your monthly payments, please contact us so that we can discuss the situation and possible solutions.
Policy Revisions
Arena Views may revise this Refund Policy at any time without notice. By joining the Arena Views project, you are agreeing to be bound by the then-current version of these terms of service.
Governing Law
Any claims relating to Arena Views shall be governed by the laws of the United Kingdom without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
